In loving memory of a cherished ToGa pet, a donation funded a new paddock for rescue dogs and the provision of an ultrasound machine at Battersea Dog and Cat Home's Old Windsor centre.
Old Windsor provides specialised care for animals needing more time, medical treatment and behavioural support before finding loving homes. The paddock offers dogs a safe, open space to play freely and rebuild confidence, while the ultrasound machine strengthens the medical team’s ability to diagnose and care for animals in need.
To create a safe and comfortable space for animals treated at the Battersea dog and cat home.
As a non-government-funded organisation, Battersea Dog and Cat Home cares for an average of 240 dogs and 145 cats across its three centres at any given time and has provided care to more than 3.1 million animals throughout its history. A donation of GBP £82,000 has funded the refurbishment of Clyde’s paddock and the purchase of a new ultrasound machine, further enhancing Battersea’s capacity to provide vital care, rehabilitation, and rehoming for animals in need.
