Xigera is committed to creating pathways for young Botswana citizens through internships in operations, hospitality, and conservation. These programs provide hands-on training, mentorship, and real workplace experience ,  bridging the opportunity gap and helping young people define their career direction. To date, dozens of interns have completed the program, gaining the skills and confidence to build meaningful futures in Botswana’s tourism and conservation industries.
